From olive green to crimson red, from ocher to silver, passing through cherry and electric blue, here are all the fashion colors for the next Autumn/Winter 2025 and the trends from the Paris and Milan fashion shows.

When fashion month comes to an end, i.e. that month which runs from mid-February to the beginning of March, in which the women's collections for the following winter season are presented on the catwalks of New York, Milan and Paris, we start to wonder what trends to follow will be, such as fashion items or must-have accessories and shoes. The most recurring question, however, is: what will be the color of the year? What are the trendy shades and nuances to choose to be fashionable?

It's never easy to answer the question: "What color do you wear?", because it is not easy to isolate just one fashionable shade. However, it is possible, by analyzing all the Autumn/Winter 2025 fashion shows of the major Italian, French and international designers, to identify some "color strands", some recurring nuances in the different collections that make us understand which will be the must-have shades for the next season cold. From olive green to bright red, passing through cherry and ocher, here is a short guide with all the trendy colors for next winter.

Olive green

It is reminiscent of military green, but it is softer and more delicate, it is essential and very chic, we are talking about olive green or pale green in olive nuance. This color was literally all the rage on the Autumn/Winter 24-25 catwalks in Paris and Milan , practically all the stylists proposed one or more looks with garments and accessories in this colour, so much so that this could be the must -have shade for next winter.

We saw olive green in total looks in the outfits, with knitted dresses combined with cuissardes and bags of a similar shade, by Ferragamo and in the high-necked dresses with wide sleeves by Schiaparelli and in those with a wide skirt by Fendi.

The darker green chosen by Anthony Vaccarello for the wide-shouldered maxi blazers that paraded on the Saint Laurent catwalk, while the olive green of the Balmain looks and Ermanno Scervino suits turns towards a lighter, pastel shade.

Crimson red

It is bright, shiny, dazzling and reminiscent of fire, the crimson red chosen by many designers for next winter's clothes. Crimson is a bright and light shade of red, it turns towards strawberry, with tips that seem almost fluorescent. There are several stylists who have proposed this color in a total look, creating red outfits with single-color garments and accessories.

Crimson red makes the looks shine with patent leather garments by Ferrari and the essential cut coats with bon ton lines seen on the Miu Miu Autumn/Winter 2025 catwalk. Also shining are the midi dresses with graceful red fabrics, designed by Alessandro Dell'Acqua for his N21 brand, and the fitted sheath dresses by Ferragamo and Casablanca. Finally, Stella McCartney chooses crimson to color the wool coordinates with large volumetric scarves.
